vcuci Platform Use

1. Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "vcuci", "Platform", "we" or "us" refers to the operator of the online betting platform operating under the website vcuci.one. "Member", "user", "player" or "you" refers to any individual who has registered for or is using the services provided by this platform.

This agreement covers all aspects of vcuci platform use, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in games and betting, receipt of bonuses and promotions, and use of all other service features available on the platform.

By registering an account or using any part of the vcuci platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this agreement.

2. Member Eligibility

Use of the vcuci platform is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 21 and above at the time of registration and throughout the membership period.
• Legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of their country or territory of residence.
• Not subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit participation in online betting activities in their area of residence.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period, whether voluntary or imposed.
• Not an employee of vcuci, an immediate family member of an employee, or a party with a direct interest in the platform's operations.

vcuci reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If age verification fails, the platform reserves the right to suspend or close the relevant account and withhold any related funds until the matter is resolved through the established verification process.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the vcuci platform. Opening duplicate accounts to obtain repeat bonuses or to evade account management actions is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being closed without a refund.

During registration, players are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information. This includes full name as per identity card (MyKad), active mobile number, valid email address, and relevant payment information. Players are responsible for ensuring their account information remains current.

• The account name must match the name of the bank account or e-wallet owner used for transactions.
• Passwords must be kept secure and not shared with any third party.
• vcuci will not request your full password through any communication channel.
• Players are responsible for all activities that occur within their respective accounts.

For identity verification and fraud prevention purposes, vcuci reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a copy of an identity card, bank statement or other relevant documents. Failure to comply with such verification requests within the stipulated period may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vcuci platform are subject to established minimum limits. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Payment methods supported by this platform are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — a popular e-wallet method among Malaysian users.
• DuitNow — an instant payment system between banks and e-wallets in Malaysia.
• Online banking via FPX — includes major Malaysian banks as options.
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and ETH are accepted for deposits and withdrawals.

Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 10 to 45 minutes. vcuci does not bear any transaction fees charged by third-party payment service providers. All funds deposited into a vcuci account must originate from a payment method registered in the member's name.

Withdrawals will only be processed to an account registered under the same name as the vcuci account. vcuci reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal request deemed unusual or suspicious before processing.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

vcuci offers various promotions to registered members. Each bonus and promotion is subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. The general terms and conditions for all bonuses are as follows:

• The welcome bonus provides a 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount received.
• For example: a deposit of RM100 receives a bonus of RM100, giving a balance of RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Another example: a deposit of RM800 receives the maximum bonus of RM300, giving a balance of RM1,100. The wagering requirement is RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for betting until the wagering requirement is met.

The vcuci VIP programme provides weekly cashback to active members. Bronze tier members receive cashback of up to 0.5%, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5% each week. VIP tier upgrade eligibility is determined based on a member's ongoing betting activity.

Bonus abuse, including using multiple accounts to obtain repeat bonuses or hedge betting using bonus funds, is prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

6. Betting Rules

All games and betting on the vcuci platform are conducted in accordance with the rules set by the respective game providers and vcuci's operating guidelines. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

For sports betting, all match results officially confirmed by the relevant sporting body are final. vcuci reserves the right to void or suspend bets placed before official results are announced if there are irregularities in the displayed odds due to a technical error.

• Bets that have been placed cannot be cancelled or changed after confirmation by the system.
• Any winnings resulting from a technical error or system disruption may be reviewed and voided by vcuci.
• Players bear full responsibility for their own betting decisions.

7. Prohibitions and Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vcuci platform and may result in immediate action including account closure and balance withholding:

• Opening and using multiple accounts by a single individual.
• Use of automation software, bots, scripts or any technological tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing another party to use your account.
• Any attempt to sell, transfer or purchase a vcuci account to or from any party.
• Any form of collusion or cooperation with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Misuse of the customer support system or spreading false information about the platform.

vcuci reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of involvement in activities that violate these terms. During an investigation, the account in question may be suspended without prior notice. vcuci's decision in such matters is final.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

vcuci takes the protection of members' personal information seriously. All data collected during registration and use of the platform is processed in accordance with the vcuci Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Members' personal information is used for identity verification, transaction processing, customer support, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This information will not be sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

The vcuci platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, vcuci does not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, delays or technical errors.

vcuci is not responsible for:

• Losses arising from disruptions to a player's internet connection.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised use of an account by a third party due to the player's own negligence.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by the player themselves.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Instability or changes in cryptocurrency values that affect the value of deposits or withdrawals.

In all circumstances, vcuci's maximum liability to any member is limited to the amount deposited into the relevant account during the applicable period.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

vcuci reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Registration information that is inaccurate, false or incomplete.
• Failed or rejected identity verification.
• Suspicious betting activity or activity that conflicts with platform policy.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the vcuci support team. Before account closure is processed, all pending transactions will be settled first, and any eligible balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

11. Responsible Gambling

vcuci is committed to responsible gambling practices. We encourage all members to treat betting as a form of entertainment, not as a primary source of income or a solution to financial problems.

For members who need support or wish to manage their betting habits, vcuci offers the following options through the support team:

• Deposit limit — set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
• Betting limit — restrict the amount that can be wagered in a single session.
• Temporary self-exclusion — suspend account access for a set period.
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanently close the account at the member's request.

12. Amendments and Updates to Terms

vcuci reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Such amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on this website.

It is the member's responsibility to review this document periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. Continued use of the vcuci platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Should there be significant changes that materially affect members' rights or obligations, vcuci will endeavour to notify members via their registered email or in-platform notification. However, the absence of such notification does not affect the validity of published amendments.
